Owns calls received from beginning to end. Follows company policies, procedures and practices related to dispatch. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog). Assign and dispatch technicians. Work with Branch Managers to address open calls. Respond to inquiries. Create and distribute required reporting. Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed and / or extensions of SLAs. Review all incomplete calls daily. Input and maintain entry to verify nightly “on call” crew. Work with Branch Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule. Verify Technician IVR compliance. Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS Education / Training High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school. College degree, a plus. Work Experience / Skills Strong computer (MS Office) skills, as well as demonstrated ability to effectively utilize ERP system. HVAC / refrigeration expertise preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Highly organized and strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sense of urgency attending to customer issues. "Can do" attitude and demonstrated commitment to get the job done.
