The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of the Patient Service Technicians and dispatching all outgoing work orders. Coordinates and dispatches all outgoing work orders Ensures timely completion of assigned work orders Monitors all field personnel and establishes equal workloads Determines appropriate delivery mode of outgoing supplies and equipment Processes all incoming paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Performs quality assurance review of all paperwork to ensure proper ACHC, FDA, DOT and other regulatory compliance Assists patients in solving problems regarding equipment use Delivers durable medical equipment to home healthcare patients when required
