New Hourly Rate: $22.00

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dispatcher to join our high energy, fun, and fast paced work environment. The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling the drivers routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

Work well with customersUse the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/ distribute runs to driversEnsure that driver counts money collected and put delivery times on billsWork with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctlyWork with drivers to make sure that they know the correct routeWork with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their ordersProperly assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the jobPerform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

 

Accurately follow directions, both written and verbalMaintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirementsFocus and remain on task in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailGreat communication skillsTime management skillsAble to work well under pressureMust be able to work well with other staff members and supervisorsMust have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
