Location: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Glendale, NY
Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay: $28.00 per hour

Position Overview
As a dispatcher at SkyHop Global, you will act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and our Operations Control Center (OCC). Your primary responsibility will be to support and guide our drivers to ensure on-time performance, uphold company values, and respond swiftly to real-time challenges, including schedule changes and crew requests.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide support and direction to drivers, ensuring adherence to contractual on-time performance standardsCommunicate clearly and effectively with airline representatives, drivers, and managementDocument operational issues and changes, and respond with urgency to flight and schedule adjustmentsManage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as monitoring GPS, updating schedules, and answering callsSolve problems on the fly and take quick action in high-pressure situationsWork within a dynamic, 24/7 environment that requires flexibility and adaptability

Requirements

 Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of dispatch experience4+ years of customer service experienceCall center or high call volume experience preferredAbility to read, write, and speak English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience with GPS, geofencing software, and video tracking systemsHigh school diploma required (some college preferred Salary Description $28.00 an Hour
