Job Duties and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Focal point for 24/7 monitoring of Fleet assets Travel and Accommodation booking management Ensure compliance with Fleet Regulation & Registration Receives job orders, assures resources are available, and communicates with customers and crews regarding job resources, scheduling, and services. Works independently, utilizing two-way radio and other communications equipment.

Role Requirements

Experience with Fleet asset management (highly regarded) Knowledge of IVMS tracking systems (desirable) Able to work a rotating 12 hr day/night shift roster Proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Intermediate to Advanced MS Office knowledge Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of location services and equipment. Proficiency typically gained through 1-2 years related dispatching/location experience.
