Our client, a large warehouse and transportation company in La Miranda, CA is seeking a highly organized and communicative Nationwide Dispatcher to join their team. As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods by effectively coordinating with drivers and customers. This role requires national dispatcher experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and an additional language is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with drivers via phone, email, walkie-talkie, and text to provide timely and accurate delivery updates.Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist in managing day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring all logistics tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Work proactively to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the dispatch process.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have national dispatcher experience; this is a key requirement.At least 2 years of dispatching experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.Familiarity with fleet management practices and transportation planning.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Fluency in English and an additional language (preferred).
