Job Description: Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Dispatcher for their main office in Rochester, NY. The dispatcher will interact directly with customers and service technicians, ensuring high standards of customer service and facilitating prompt and accurate service. This position will be IN-PERSON. The in-house training training period will be 1 month, then will have the following schedule: + Monday: 8:00am-7:00pm + Tuesday: OFF + Wednesday: OFF + Thursday: OFF + Friday: 8:00am-7:00pm + Saturday: 8:00am-7:00pm + Sunday: 8:00am-7:00pm Summary: For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Responsibilities: + Dispatch residential HVAC service efficiently and accurately utilizing various technology, including GPS, ServMan, phone systems, and more. + Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints + Continually update service writers with the availability of dates and time frames + Implement reschedules and limit the number of calls when necessary + Schedule technician training + Absorb and utilize industry technical knowledge + Manage and document technician sick days and vacation requests + Assist in covering branches and commercial dispatching. + Schedule vehicle repairs and oil changes + Perform dispatching duties for partner companies Job Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required + 1 or more years of customer service experience + Prior dispatch experience is preferred but not required Competencies: + Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills + Strong administrative skills + Technical knowledge + Strong organizational skills + Ability to work individually and as part of a team + Problem-solving skills What can we offer you? + Competitive High Base Pay + Paid Personal Days + 401k Plan + Medical, Dental, and Vision + Opportunities for Advancement within a Growing Organization The starting hourly base wage for this position is $22.00 to $25.00. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
