Dispatcher Miller’s Services is seeking an energetic and team oriented individual with dispatch experience. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a quick learner, and the ability to deal with multiple activities at the same time. Responsibilities include dispatching of Technician's residential call-to-call, tracking each calls progress, coordinating appointments with customers via phone, email, & text, and aligning technician expertise and travel patterns to achieve optimal routing. Candidate should have flexible scheduling availability including weekends and high-demand time. Daily activities will involve working collaboratively with Service Managers, Install Team, Logistics Manager, and Customer Service Representatives, in a team atmosphere to provide WOW Customer Service and assist in increasing technician productivity.
