**Job Description:**
UES is seeking a dedicated **CMT Dispatcher** to join our Fort Worth office. In this full-time role, you'll play an essential role in assigning material inspection tasks to field technicians, coordinating their schedules, and providing them with the necessary details to complete assignments efficiently. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills in a professional office setting.
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
+ Full-time: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
+ Every other Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
+ Availability for overtime and holidays as workload demands.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:**
+ **Client Coordination:** Act as the primary liaison for clients, handling field and laboratory testing requests.
+ **Dispatch Management:** Assign jobs to trained field technicians and coordinate routes using a fleet tracking system.
+ **Progress Reporting:** Keep supervisors and managers informed on project status or delays.
+ **Data Accuracy:** Input dispatch details into software systems and reconcile assignments daily.
+ **Fleet Oversight:** Monitor fleet activity to optimize technician deployment.
+ **Call Management:** Manage multiple calls concurrently, maintaining precision and attentiveness.
+ **Service Excellence:** Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Exceptional telephone, listening, and verbal communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure settings.
+ Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with fleet tracking systems.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 2-3 years of consistent experience in roles involving high call volumes.
+ Prior dispatching or coordination experience.
+ Bilingual proficiency (preferred but not required).
