Monday – Friday from 11:00am – 7:30pm
Monday – Friday from 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Summary
The overall purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer service by answering calls and routing damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers, and contractors.
Responsibilities
Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessaryReceive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely dispatch of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staffAnswer inbound calls from homeownersAnswer call, investigate associated ticket and relay information back to the homeownerPerform data entry and other administrative functionsPrepare tickets for billing, faxing standby sheets to customers and other administrative tasksRequirements
Ability to utilize computers and other office equipmentMust be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and OutlookExcellent customer service skillsMust be detail oriented and able to multi-taskExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work in a multi-line phone system environmentHigh school education or equivalent; some college preferredData entry experience preferredReliable transportation requiredWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
