Dispatcher - Argo

Position Description

Develop and maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, carriers and other KM departments/ employees.  Handle all required paperwork as defined in the Dispatch Operating Procedures to safely, accurately and efficiently execute customer tank truck orders in the KM and customer inventory systems.
Actively participate in daily SQE meetings with assigned team

Work closely with Dispatch Supervisor  and Senior Dispatcher to understand, develop, document, implement and maintain dispatch operating proceduresExecute all procedures and customer requirements according to SOPMaintain proficiency and accuracy using the various customer information systemsIssue proper placards, seals, MSDS, COA and product ID tags to driverObtain tare and gross weights of tank trucks; calculate volume of product loadedCreate accurate legal DOT BOL that meets KM, DOT and customer requirementsSatisfy customer requirements and special instructionsWork closely with Dispatch Supervisor and Senior Dispatcher to investigate and respond to all customer complaints and inquiriesHandle issues and problems related to the movement of customer product per the direction of the Dispatch Supervisor and Senior DispatcherPerform order verification throughout the dayVerify all orders are closedEnsure accurate delay codes have been applied to orders as applicableEnter customer ancillary charges as applicableAssist with managing truck activity in the terminalCross trained on all KM accounts; able to satisfy all customer requirements as the business demandsIdentify, report and correct safety and environmental concernsPerform job related special assignments as required

Compensation:
$45,300 - $63,400
Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
