Are you a proactive, energetic team player with a passion for safety and making a difference? Waste Connections of Canada, a leader in non-hazardous solid waste management across North America, is looking for a Dispatcher to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial waste collection across various lines of business (Front End, Roll-Off, Residential Trucks).Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely and efficient service.Monitor daily driver progress, resolve issues, and maintain service standards.Collaborate with internal teams to address service needs and resolve customer concerns.Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies.

Work Hours:
The regular schedule for this role will be 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. However, schedules may change with notice to meet operational needs. Currently, dispatchers work in shifts from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and the newly introduced 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM to provide end-of-day coverage.

What You Bring:

1–2 years of dispatch experience.High-volume call center or inbound calling experience.Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and TRUX.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.A pleasant demeanor under pressure.
