Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $25/hourLocation: Spring, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: 7/7 rotation with alternating day/night hitchesBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, holidays and PTOMultiple roles available Responsibilities Assist in transportation planning, monitor driver activities and verify the accuracy of data within the scope of controlWork any assigned shift and have excellent time management and communication skillsEnsure the efficient and safe distribution of materials, supplies and equipment, production water, service work for Client by leveraging strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with field/office personnel and vendorsClearly and effectively communicate with vendors, field and office operations teams, and ADAPTS teamsUse dedicated transportation management systems to assign, track, and record workflowIdentify vendor’s expectations and requirements to align goals in accordance with contract obligationsCommunicating and coordinating job orders from active field personnel via telephone, e-mail, and/or work order software relating to the haul/disposing of industrial/environmental waste, production water, service work, etcMaintain contact with all operational field and management personnel and keep status of jobs updated respectively via voice and/or text (if necessary/urgent) and at end of day via emailed reportCreate and maintain current daily log of all work in progressProblem solving of any issues, discrepancies in a timely manner as necessary to maximize productionAny other duties assigned Qualifications Prior shipping/receiving experience, warehouse or manufacturing experienceAttention to detailTransportation management and oilfield experience preferredFamiliarity with Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and MS Office including intermediate skills in Excel spreadsheetsEffective communication and jtime organization skillsMust be willing to work an alternating day/night rotational scheduleHigh School diploma or equivalent required
