Job Purpose: Answer incoming calls promptly, dispatch limousine drivers, and provide professional and courteous service to all callers.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls, handle requests for limousine services from other departments and guests, and assign car bookings to Drivers
• Monitor the status of guests’ incoming flights and ferries for limousine pick-ups
• Clean and tidy limousine dispatch office and work area
• Record the number of calls received daily and maintain services activities log book
• Maintain a log book of vehicles’ consumption and record daily mileage and refuelling
• Alert the Assistant Manager about any challenges that arise
• Learn and share details of hotel events, and Macau attractions and activities with guests if requested
• Coordinate with the Guest Services Centre to satisfy guests’ requests
• Perform duties assigned by the Assistant Manager

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Previous customer service experience in a 5-star hotel an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: Detailed knowledge of Macau streets and attractions
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Basic MS Office and Outlook; Opera and/or Fast-Track an advantage
