Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred.

Starting pay for this position is $15/hr*.

*USIC/Reconn complies with all applicable minimum wage laws

Your Responsibilities as a Admin Researcher/Dispatcher:

Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessary

Receive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely dispatch of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staff

Answer calls, investigate associated ticket, and relay information back to the homeowner

Prepare tickets for billing, faxing standby sheets to customers, and other administrative tasks

Research prints by using multiple utility programs

Identify various utilities; e.g. water mains, gas mains, electric, etc.

Research and attach service grids to tickets or packets

Provide general data entry support

What we need from you! (Our requirements):

High school education or GED required; some college preferred

Data entry experience preferred

Ability to utilize computers and other office equipment

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a multi-line phone system environment
