Responsibilities: This position works from our Melrose Park Location at 2040 Indian Boundary Dr. Melrose Park, ILResponsible for overseeing road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidents, accidents, radio etiquette etc.Responsible for dispatching and maintaining serviceRespond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.Supervises, counsels, coaches, and trains dispatchers.Monitors and evaluates operations activities. Ensures that drivers are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and meeting all job requirements.Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.Covers shifts as needed-Back up scheduler/dispatcher as needed. Oversee scheduling process.Manage department reports and other communication tools.
