We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Durable Medical Equipment Night/Saturday Dispatch Supervisor to manage our dispatch team and enhance the efficiency of our delivery operations. This role entails supervising dispatch activities, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with delivery procedures, and resolving logistical issues. The ideal candidate should be a skilled multitasker with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills.Operational Supervision: Manage and supervise the dispatch team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, hospitals, and patients to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries.Planning and Scheduling: Handle scheduling, route planning, and load assignments.Compliance and Safety: Ensure operations comply with safety, delivery regulations, and company policies.Issue Resolution: Resolve complaints or concerns related to dispatch services and delivery operations.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high service levels to achieve customer satisfaction.Training: Train new team members and provide ongoing training to ensure competency and efficiency.Policy Implementation: Implement and review operational policies and procedures to improve dispatch operations.Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management.

Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of related experienceProficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.Ability to type 50-55 words per minuteCapacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the departmentMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain procedures, and dispatch software.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve complex problems efficiently.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.Bilingual abilities are a plus.
