Start your new career as a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator with MAU at Gateway Tire Co in Graniteville, SC. As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you will handle incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, manage billing and payments, coordinate services and dispatch, and support tire check-ins and orders while ensuring efficient communication and accurate data entry.
What We Offer: First Shift | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Health Benefits 401k Rewards Program Opportunity for Advancement What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience preferred but not required Experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred but not required Logistics experience is a plus but not required Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Effective communication skills, both written (email) and verbal (phone) Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Industrial tire experience is a plus but not necessary Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What You’ll Do as a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator: Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers Utilize the point-of-sale system to retrieve and update information Coordinate services and dispatch technicians as needed Manage the Invoice System, including opening and closing work orders and quotes Assist with tire check-ins, inventory management, and ordering Handle customer billing, process payments, and maintain organized filing system
