Our in-vitro Diagnostic Assay manufacturing site in **Dundee** has an exciting opportunity for a **Dispensing Supervisor** to join the Dundee Operations department. This is a 1st line leadership role. **What You’ll Do** As the **Dispensing Supervisor** you will be responsible for safely ensuring the on-time delivery of product which conforms to current best practices and Quality standards. More specifically: + Lead the Dispensing and Labelling Production Team to maximise productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. + Oversight and management of daily and weekly dispensing production activities. + Setting clear expectations for Dispensing Operators + Collaborating with the Operations peer group to plan and manage the local Dispensing production schedules. + Proactively co-ordinating dispensing planning with all Operations, Quality Control, and Product Quality Assurance functions to maintain the supply chain according to demand requirements and supply commitments. + Making effective use of all available reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Working hours: Monday-Friday | 2 weeks Early Shift (6 AM – 2 P.M.) and 2 weeks Late Shift (2 P.M. – 10 P.M.) **Required Qualifications / Profile** + HND in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences or Chemical Sciences. + Experience within the life sciences or similarly regulated industry (In-vitro Diagnostics preferred). + An understanding of the function and performance characteristics of the equipment and materials utilised within the Dispensing environment. + Knowledge of production process control procedures and best practices. + An ability to navigate Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and execute document control procedures. + An ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
