Job Summary
The Display Builder will build, assemble, inspect, and package accurately finished displays promoting our luxury brands. The position is responsible for inspecting the quality of the items (finish, scratch marks and dings), complete paperwork for replacements parts and to close work orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Receive and inspect materials for proper part number and finish prior to assembly.Wire electrical connections onto display board.Assemble components and mount them on display.Perform final inspection for aesthetics and functionality.Perform packaging, labeling and close work orders.Sort and dispose discrepant materials in accordance with established procedures.Train junior or less experienced team members in display building when required.Adhere to general housekeeping rules and maintenance schedule of work center.Adheres to and be a champion for all safety rules and requirements.Performs other duties as required.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educations and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED is required1-year experience in mechanical assemblySKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer or telephone equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision and ability to adjust focus. Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity for movement. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment or enclosed office space; and can be exposed to a warehouse environment on a frequent basis. The ambient conditions are moderate, and the noise level in the work environment is moderate.
