As a Display Module Lead, you lead hardware projects from concept to production. You will solve system design problems, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Demonstrate expertise in accurately predicting consequences of hardware design decisions in cross-functional trade-off discussions. Optimize hardware performance priorities while balancing mechanical, optical, electrical, cost, and cross-functional considerations. + Assign and approve design review criteria. Track and assign team members to resolve hardware issues. Recognize and escalate hardware performance issues that impact the development schedule. Drive design and process improvement efforts. + Identify and resolve flaws and issues with hardware components. Address hardware failures by implementing corrective solutions. + Evaluate hardware design feasibility based on product requirements.
