Work Responsibilities: 

This position will work on-site, Monday-Friday.

Responsible for planning and organizing Display Refurbishment tasks for daily workload completion; ensure operations are safe and efficient.  

Ensure customer satisfaction; oversee quality control standards and inspection processes to ensure refurbished display systems meet or exceed customer expectations.  

Oversee display system ordering process and on-time fulfillment to customers; communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders on order tracking.  

Maintain accurate and real-time display inventory counts; ensure proper inventory transactions are completed within the warehouse management system.  

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure availability of packing materials and components.  

Collaborate with management to identify and drive department metrics and procedures (safety, quality, cost, productivity, standard work, etc.).  

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  

Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards and prevent accidents.  

Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues and recommend solutions.  

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:  

High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred  

2+ years of managing a team or process in a warehouse/production environment required  

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems required  

Knowledge of relevant safety & OSHA regulations and standards required  

Proven understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams 

Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)   

Ability and willingness to travel overnight as necessary, up to 10%
