We’re seeking a Display specialist to join our highly collaborative Marketing Team. Performance-driven marketing is a critical driver of HoneyBook’s growth, especially on our Display channels. As part of the Display team you will hands-on manage our top-of-funnel efforts to drive both brand awareness and performance, that will bring a clear and compelling vision of the product to potential members.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Own the day-to-day management of high budget, paid social campaigns on YouTube & Facebook and other channels - both awareness & performance. Use creative & conversion data to reach the desired audience and optimize performance. Collaborate with other marketing team members and cross-functional partners to implement strategies and execute high impact campaigns. Measure, track, and document all test results, brand lift studies and critical insights. Create and present insightful and actionable reports using data analysis and visualization.Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:
Analytical thinking - a healthy data obsession is required to work in this role given the amount of data at our fingertips. You will need to analyze current performance and identify new opportunities within the data to optimize and scale campaigns. Creative thinking - guided by data, you will work with the Creative Design team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks and present learnings. Inquisitive - we’re looking for someone to challenge the status quo and constantly look for new tactics within existing media channels to drive performance - as well as stay up to date with new digital media opportunities and emerging channels.Here is what is needed:
2+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid display campaigns on YouTube & Facebook, with significant budgets, in a global company. Experience managing campaigns on Linkedin, Tiktok is a plus. Experience working for a SaaS company. Extensive experience working with audience segmentation, personalization, and/or conversion optimization. An attention to detail in all aspects of campaign management. Strong understanding of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology. You are an excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills (or Google Sheets and Google Slides).
