As part of the Lab Design and Management team you will be directly responsible for supporting the engineering teams with the care and upkeep of multiple engineering lab spaces. Your responsibilities will include equipment purchase, organization, maintenance, calibration, and support. You will help train engineers on equipment usage and safe working practices within the lab environment. Other areas of responsibility include Mac/PC host management, basic test fixture fabrication, and leading the continued organization, cleanliness, and environmental health and safety compliance of lab spaces. You will also coordinate project work with internal and external facilities and equipment vendors, author laboratory documentation, and clearly and concisely communicate updates to the larger team. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $97,344 and $188,100 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
