Job Description

To ensure all laid down procedures and regulatory requirements are met in so far, the Credit Agreements Act, auctioning of movable assets and vendor management in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) by effectively documenting, processing, insuring, and managing repossessed stock to drive the necessary actions to guarantee optimal prices are achieved on auctions whilst being proactively cost conscience.

QualificationsNational Diploma in Banking, Commerce or related.A Drivers License is non-negotiable

Additional Information

Experience:  

3-4 years: Experience in Credit Control environment and knowledge of collection procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere strictly to repossession, storage and disposal controls to facilitate the securing and realisation of the Bank's assets.Build relations with key stakeholders through-out the Bank and relevant Industry, specifically VAF, IT, Storage and Transport Companies and Vehicle Dealerships by way of networking, collaborating, and supporting other functions and or departments.Co-ordinate and facilitate the successful re-sale of repossessed assets and other related functions through proper planning and stakeholder engagements.Manage repossed stock effectively through accurate and timeous documenting, processing and insuring, to initiate and support a smooth hand over process to external stakeholders.Operate and drive departmental deliverables within delegated authority levels by understanding the scope and limitations of the mandated role.
