Position Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve deductions for assigned strategic accounts, dispute any invalid deductions, ensure timely closure of all deductions, and manage and process deductions to reach final resolutions Work with internal and external partners, as well as Logistics teams, to address or dispute deductions on customer accounts by supplying Accounts Receivable (AR) and deduction-related documentation and support to auditors Identify trends and implement ways to mitigate invalid deductions to ensure full revenue is recognized Ensure accurate reserves are established at month-end close to reflect the true collections risk, and provide weekly and monthly reports to management on customer accounts as required Regularly communicate with the company’s sales team and customer contacts to provide the necessary information for uploading to customer portals and the company’s SAP system Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
