As a Disputes Professional, you will manage the resolution of disputed invoices by investigating customer inquiries, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure timely dispute resolution, provide stakeholder updates, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role drives error reduction, process improvement, and team engagement, making a meaningful impact on customer experience and organizational success.
+ Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and cases submitted by Collectors or Customer Support.
+ Analyze issues to identify root causes and implement effective, long-term solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of disputes.
+ Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
+ Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
+ Partner with Collectors to identify potential bad debts and develop strategies to mitigate financial risk.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
+ 2+ years on Customer Service, Collections, Accounts Payable or Finance.
+ Strong Problem Solving, Analytical skills.
+ Strong written and verbal English skills.
+ Intermediate Excel.
+ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
