We are currently looking for a Distance Learning Producer (EMEA) to join us at our facility in Mechelen, Belgium.
The Distance Learning Producer, EMEA, will be responsible for collaborating across multiple functions to create, assemble, manage, update, and optimize training materials for distance learning live broadcasts. This role ensures consistency in content across various segments, brands, and presentations, maintains technical accuracy, and ensures adherence to marketing guidelines. The role will also assist in defining content development architecture and storage solutions, while creating visually compelling and interactive assets that enhance the learner’s experience.
We are looking for a creative and proactive individual, willing to take ownership of this regional role. The Distance Learning Producer, EMEA reports to the Global Distance Learning Manager and is part of the Global Refinish Training organization.
Key responsibilities:
Run and maintain our live broadcast studio equipment (incl. cameras, microphones, lights)Lead the implementation and delivery of our distance learning program in the EMEA region by collaborating with subject matter experts to produce a comprehensive calendar of engaging and effective live training events.Produce and edit videos using lesson plans, scripts, and storyboards to deliver high-quality, interactive content.Assemble visuals and media assets into the appropriate formats, ensuring the consistency and technical accuracy of all materials.Work closely with subject matter experts, as well as product and marketing teams, to create content that is both educational and visually appealing.Assist in defining the architecture for content development and storage, ensuring efficient and organized access to learning materials.Create and manage distance learning tools, assets, and components to reinforce the learning experience and continually improve content design.Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Communication, Design, Marketing, Computer Science OR related field OR equivalent experience required.Have strong questioning, probing, and organizational skills, with the resourcefulness to find solutions and lead projects to success.Demonstrated previous work experience in Broadcasting & live events.Bring the right attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to an exciting project aimed at expanding our global distance learning program.Can collaborate well with others, demonstrating strong leadership while also being an active team player.Are a creative thinker with a passion for photography and video, bringing a fresh perspective to visual content.A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for delivering results.A detail-oriented mentality.Must be proficient in English (oral and written). Dutch and French strongly preferred.
