Job Description:

Prepares receipts based on orders that must be shipped; enters data, tracks, and gathers information on items needing to be kitted.Places materials in the appropriate area; puts material receipts in RCDOCK, RCDOCK2, or bagging location and labels them.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible for receiving items and recording them; completes all necessary transactions, labeling, and emailing appropriately; constantly checks for correct material.Receives a minimum of 120, 130, or 200 receipts per 8 hours on RMA lines, depending on the line you are working on.Maintains accurate inventory; uses a scanner to receive products into inventory and double-checks inventory.Requires heavy lifting of boxes and pallets and unloading of trucks daily; must be able to lift over 50 lbs on occasion.All operations are to be performed in the safest manner possible, using any necessary protective equipment.Sets up and maintains equipment; ensures that equipment runs in accordance with operational standards; performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance of labels and printers.Complies with Depot Center policies, ESD requirements, processes, and workmanship standards.Inspects products based on quality checklists; notifies supervisor/lead of any discrepancies; records inventory transactions.May require mandatory overtime, coming in early or staying late due to workload.Forklift driving may be required for PO side; training will be provided.

Basic Qualifications:

0-2 years of related experience.Must be able to lift required amounts.Oral and written communication skills needed; basic math skills needed.Attention to detail.Ability to work with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

May require certification to use work-area equipment.PC/computer experience preferred.
