Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and management of an innovative AI tool for the client' system and drive projects related to company culture evolution.

Product Ownership
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI tool in collaboration with stakeholders.Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology to inform product development.Project Management
Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to the AI tool and company culture evolution.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.Regularly report on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product ownership skills and project management expertise, with a deep understanding of both artificial intelligence technologies and the financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management, preferably in the AI or financial services sector.Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities.Fluent in English (B2+).Fluent in French (B2+).Preferred Qualifications
