We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Distribution Analyst to join our team supporting Makeup & Hair. As a Distribution Analyst, you will be responsible for the allocation of new, animated items and the replenishment of core inventory from the Distribution Center (DC) to stores, ensuring the right levels of store inventory are maintained. Reporting to the Manager, Store Planning & Allocation, you will be part of the Distribution team supporting the Allocation Senior Director. This role is critical in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, directly impacting the availability of products in our stores and overall client satisfaction.
In addition, you will:
Determine ideal Store level quantities for new product launches and Animated items to meet in store launch dates. Partner with Merchandise Planning/Demand Planning/Merchandising team to proactively identify potential upstream gaps to prevent downstream inventory issues Perform ad hoc store and brand level in stock and sales analysis with the goal to increase in stocks and support store sale trends Hindsight Store Event inventory builds and sales performance Action and respond to inventory callouts directly from our stores

1-2 years of proven Inventory Retail and/or Allocation Experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain sector
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,650.00 - $84,550.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
