**Job Summary:**
The Distribution Analyst is responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of finished goods to the customer. They must lead the process with transport companies to meet Colgate's required standards and ensure the most efficient delivery process. Additionally, the analyst supports reverse logistics in the credit note process and is responsible for receiving and checking the payment of freight expenses incurred from this service to transport companies.
**Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**
+ Generate and verify the credit notes for the customer reported by the in houses transport companies / Customers
+ Close and validate the open deliveries from Credit notes (Without billing)
+ Generate the Miscellaneous Invoice for the transport companies for missing products
+ Register the POD (Proof of Delivery) for Colombia National distribution operation
+ Track and follow up the POD registration for Colombia, to ensure the revenue recognition policy
+ Analysis of routes and deliveries
+ Support the freight invoice SOX requirements
+ Work in group with the Transport In houses, Customer Service executives in order to ensure an on-time delivery (POD)
+ Identify and implement efficiency projects that impact the distribution/ Reverse logistic process
+ Lead efficiency and collaboration projects with customers.
+ Work with Customer Service and warehousing ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of shared processes
+ Generate and follow up and continuously improve Distribution KPI´s (On time, report POD & credit note process)
+ Coordination of the monthly results meeting with results Transport Companies
+ Generate and monitor the transport requirement
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Business.
+ Experience with SAP.
+ Experience with Google and data management tools (Sheets, Data Studio, DOMO and others related).
+ Experience with macros & scripts.
+ English Intermediate/Advanced.
+ Experience in influence and negotiation processes.
+ 1 to 2 years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Supply operations or related fields.
**Desirable:**
+ Project management skills.
**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
