Are you living your life's work? Summary: + Making equipment and supply deliveries and pick-ups for patients on a timely basis. Determining the best route available for assigned deliveries while meeting all time sensitive needs. Returning all signed documents the next business day. In addition, on-call duty is required. Responsibilities: + Understands the importance of patient satisfaction and works to improve the performance of Penn Home IT and meet customer expectations. + Recognizes the unique needs of each patient or customer and adjusts interactions to meet them. + Identifies the supplies and equipment needed for patient orders. + Helps pack equipment and supplies for delivery to patients, following company procedures. + Keeps a record of pumps, poles, and any returned waste or sharps. + Assists in the yearly warehouse inventory with the warehouse supervisor and materials manager. + Checks the contents of a delivery against the order before having the patient or caregiver sign for it. + Reports any complaints or issues from patients or caregivers to the warehouse supervisor or on-call administrator promptly. Credentials: + Driver's License (Required) + Driver's License and driving record in good standing required. Education or Equivalent Experience: + H.S.
