Distribution Center Analyst

Description

Manage Distribution Center transactions within standard polices. Collaborate with Distribution Center personnel and invoicing to assure timely and accurate registration, investigation, and follow-up of transactions in WMS and ERP system. This position has the responsibility for the Distribution Center performance reporting and all other needed administrative activities.

 

What Will I Be Doing

-Follow up on the preparation of order shipments (e-commerce, LTLs, Full trucks).

-ERP vs WMS Report.

-Reserve the product for each shipment order/inter-org transfers (Product Needed Report, Replenishment Report, Location Report).

-Outbound and Inbounds Summary Form of previous operation day.

-Inbounds reconciliation.

-Adjust the changes to the orders that are made during the day in WMS.

-Review and investigate anomalies with transactions.

-Request prior approval of estimated expenses for the supply chain as well as purchasing any materials or supplies needed.

-Run reports to ensure all documents are properly uploaded in system. -Prepare documentation for audits or claims.

-Review daily sync report and close any pending outbound orders/inter-org transfers.

-Manually close inbounds systematically in ERP that did not close automatically.

-End of Month systematic validation of our inventory systems for several organizations.

-Prepare KPI indicators related to Distribution Center and associate’s performance.

-Weekly presentations that include DC indicators and updates.-All other duties as assigned daily by the Supervisor.
