Position Summary
As the Distribution Center Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 25-45 colleagues at CVS Health’s state of the art distribution facility. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center. Additionally, your responsibilities will include order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders (front store and pharmacy).
Selected candidate will need to have the flexibility of working 2nd shift hours, on-site, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST (Sunday through Thursday), weekends as needed, and also, provide 2nd shift coverage for colleagues that are on vacation as needed.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
