Distribution Center Replenishment Manager

This role has responsibility for measuring, analyzing & reporting customer service levels, leading the distribution center’s parameter management process, and ensuring the appropriate levels of inventory within the Memphis Distribution Center (MDC). We look forward to seeing your application!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Service level measurement and analysis

Monitor and report on customer request date service level (RDSL) for finished goods at the DC  Conduct root cause analysis of late sales orders and recommend appropriate countermeasures Perform manufacturing plants/suppliers on-time delivery review and adjust replenishment parameters as needed Present at monthly S&OP meeting

Pull system parameter management

Maintain plan for every part (PFEP) and ensure parameters are updated in JD Edwards Review forecast for demand spikes and communicate changes to manufacturing plant materials managers/ suppliers Collaborate with manufacturing plants/ suppliers to discuss supply chain responsiveness, address material issues, and to tension lead times and minimum order quantities

Inventory management

Review inventory days on hand (DOH) Summarize inventory opportunities and present at monthly S&OP meeting Review inventory to identify excess, slow moving, and obsolete items; suggest appropriate actions Expedite material when necessary Build inventory projection by month for finish goods at the DC Communicate shipment priorities to manufacturing plants/ suppliers, as needed Who You Are:         You are action oriented, collaborative, take initiative, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.    For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field Applied experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – use of analytical tools within Experience managing sophisticated customer-supplier relationships Demonstrated negotiation ability Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship for this role will not be provided   Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Master's degree or MBA Functional knowledge of Kanban/pull systems Inventory planning certification Our Offer To You:
