Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coach and lead hourly associates in individual and group settingsMotivate and engage individual and team performance, achieving productivity and accuracy goalsUse reporting and analytical tools to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are metCommunicate ideas, suggestions, and concerns to Leadership teamDemonstrate conflict avoidance and resolution techniquesAssist in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, training, and staffing utilizationLead, train, and manage the performance of the team, ensuring all accuracy and Units Per Hour (UPH) goals are metFoster and reinforce a positive, collaborative environment that respects and values diversityWork in a productive function as neededAssist in attending job fairs and with other workforce development projectsPromote safety awareness and support the safety culture through the companyDrive process improvements to support A&F’s growth strategies

QualificationsAt least 1-2 years’ experience preferredStrong leadership style with a focus on team developmentPrevious leadership experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsEnergetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environmentAbility to use critical thinking to proactively identify and remove obstacles to successProficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with Warehouse Management Systems
