Job Summary:

Join us as a Distribution Development Management Trainee and be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of our distribution network and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies. In this role, you will work closely with the Distribution Development Manager to improve distributor performance, optimize infrastructure, and refine RTM processes. By blending traditional distribution expertise with data driven technologies like machine learning, you will help develop smarter, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and implementing distribution development and RTM strategies to enhance operational efficiency and market coverage.Analyze distributor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive improvement and cost optimization.Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of distribution and RTM initiatives.Support the refinement of RTM frameworks, focusing on market dynamics, resource allocation, and efficiency.Contribute to infrastructure enhancement projects, such as warehousing, logistics, and compliance with company standards.Develop and utilize tools and systems to monitor progress in distributor and RTM performance.Participate in onboarding processes for new distributors, ensuring their alignment with company objectives and operational guidelines.Explore and assist in integrating AI and machine learning tools into distribution and RTM operations for predictive insights and improved decision-making.Conduct market and operational audits to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to propose forward-looking solutions.
