Distribution Development Support, HSBC Life Insurance

The Distribution Development Support role is responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

ŸSupporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers

• Providing support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers

• Supporting distribution channel business development strategies

• Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank

• Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities.

• Responsible for the execution of all training and customer events of GPB, covering the needs collection of head office and branch offices. Complete the whole process work according to company manuals, including but not limited to supplier contract signing process, procurement process, event proposal and material approval process, expense and payment process, event record filing to ensure compliance or audit check are in place.

• Protect the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

· Good influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate effectively in Putonghua.

· Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management

· Able to lead, inspire, motivate and develop the teams to deliver business performance and a team player
