Build very strong relationships with local eCommerce and Distribution teams (B2B and B2C), KAMs, local BUs, and all the stakeholders instrumental to drive commercial transformation, develop channels, deploy marketing and digital enablersGain deep understanding of market trends, GTM, value chain, competition, & disruptions to identify key growth opportunitiesDefine long-term strategy as well as mid-term commercial transformation strategy in China to support Global distribution and eCommerce strategic ambition and drive profitable growth with existing channel partners as well as new prospectsWork with country operations to ensure proper allocation of FTE / SFC resources to drive GTM omni-channel transformation, distribution sell-in and eCommerce sell-out ambition, and to ensure organization competency and upskillingPrioritize & allocate marketing / demand generation resources across countries, based on commercial strategy prioritiesLead change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption of the commercial transformation across regionsBe the Single Point of Contact for the rest of Global Distribution & eCommerce in face of countries and lead prioritization
