About the Role
Support the Product Proposition and Development team in producing robust marketing campaigns for customers and insurance advisors that will help achieve the business objectives of AIA, BPI AIA, and selected partners that serve as extended selling channels.Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies and action plans to achieve the products’ business goals as aligned with the overall company directives.
Spearhead creation of marketing plan depending on market need or business requirement.
Collaborate with other stakeholders within the Marketing Department and outside the organization to develop marketing campaigns for proposition marketing support.
Propositions Team and Customer Insights Team:
Work together in crafting differentiated propositions for new product launches and enhancements rooted from the needs of customer segments identified.
Distribution Engagement:
Aid in development of communication materials for product launch packs.
Sales tools and distribution support via events, forums, sales caravans, and regular product/market updates to create product buy-in, increase distribution awareness, and improve ease of selling.
Brand Marketing Team (PR, Digital Marketing, Sponsorship & Activations, Partnership Marketing):
Development of advertising plans and go-to-market materials (brochure, website, digital ads, PR, etc.) including supervision of end-to-end implementation.

Brief and supervise external vendors (creative agencies, PR agencies, media agencies, merchandise suppliers, etc.) to develop necessary creative marketing materials and collaterals in support of product marketing campaigns.
Strategic partnerships with third-party organizations, ambassadors, and other potential partners that can help strengthen marketing efforts.
Ensures that all product materials are consistent in terms of messaging, positioning, as well as compliant to the Company’s visual standards aligned with BM&P Team
Customer Engagement and Growth Team:
Leads Generation and Customer Acquisition Campaigns
Product Launch Announcements
Upsell/Resell Campaigns (when deemed necessary)
Non-Traditional Partnerships:
Strategic planning of marketing support for partners to help promote AIA’s products in their channels
Create separate marketing materials about products that their sellers can use in selling AIA’s products
Partnership Distribution Segments Team:
Synergy on communications plan for bank partners and stakeholders including Bancassurance Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and employees.
Help in facilitating and providing the needs of product-related committees such as the training and incentives teams of Agency Sales Group (AIA PH) and Partnership Distribution (BPI AIA) and the Operations team (Claims, Contact Centre, Underwriting).

Serve as the point person of the Product Tribe and Training Teams within Brand Marketing for all product marketing-related needs.
Implement assigned projects independently and lead all stakeholders in the process of completing the tasks at hand.
Ensures that all projects are within budget and all vendor payments are released.
Implements all management policies are followed and enforces the proper administrative action, as may be necessary by Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sourcing, and Group Office.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Head of Brand Marketing to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education – Graduate of Marketing Management, Advertising & Communications, Business Management, Economics, Psychology, or related course
Experience – At least 4 years working experience preferably in the field of Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Brand Management, Account Management, or Product Management; With ample exposure to executives and senior management
