The European Distributor Manager will have a good understanding of the specialty vehicle business in EU markets and is ready for the development & expansion of this of the business with our EU distributors.
Defining together with the distributors the core product portfolio and major KPIs of the businessLead annual Business Planning process and establish logical and stakeholder-agreed volumes, profitability, customer satisfaction parametersWork in close collaboration with key internal business partners such as Product, Planning, Finance, Customer Experience, Legal, Marketing & PR, Aftersales, among few othersWorking closely with the sales support function, manage the entire finance process including market interface and special requestsMaximize net profit delivery by effectively managing the financial conditions offered to distributors, specification and model mix, and distributors′ bonus schemePro-active problem anticipation and effective resolutionCommunicate with distributors to ensure that their current / future needs are addressedAdditional Job DescriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing or equivalent Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent – preferred4 + years of automotive distributor experience working across EU marketsBroad understanding of European countries/markets, competitive OEMs and specific segmentation, and customersProven and successful track record of developing and driving strategic and purpose-driven growth initiatives or for a global organization of significant size and scaleStrong business- sales, product, and financial acumenStrong leadership skills including building relationships internally and externally, influencing others, collaborative problem solving, and effective partnership with key internal stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others while driving resultsStrong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and operations with a sense of urgency to move from ideation to executionPossesses high energy and resilience. Skilled at solving complex problems.
