About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processesRoles and Responsibilities:
Supervise a team on sales support and agency administration operation to cope with on-going distribution channel business development within the Sales & Distribution Division;Monitor and maintain effective systems and controls on proper selection and administration of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;Handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries, enquiries/correspondences from regulators and coordinate CPD and compliance training to insurance intermediaries where necessary;Coordinate and liaise with related departments for preparation and regular review of agent/broker agreements, forms and correspondences;Support Team Manager in sales-related complaint investigation, audit issues raised by internal, external auditors & regulators;Assist in various reporting on intermediary management, risk management and credit review within the Division;Perform regular review and update of internal policies & procedures for the Division in accordance with regulatory requirements or Group standards;Provide administrative support on sales campaign management within the Division and participate in any special projects as assigned.Competencies

University degree with related professional qualifications;Minimum 4 years' relevant experience with background in compliance and / agency administration in insurance industry or banking industry; at least 2 years’ relevant experience in supervisory position.Sound knowledge of the Insurance Ordinance, Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Agents & Brokers, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other relevant regulatory requirements highly preferable.Opportunity on contract renewal or conversion in permanentOthers:
