About the role
The Distribution Operations Specialist plays a crucial role within the distribution team by helping to onboard new advisers, managing and maintaining adviser information, and serving as a link between the sales channels and other departments. This position ensures that processes, documentation, and technology are current and effective.
In this key role you’ll:
Act as a link between the sales channels and other parts of the business. Ensure the processes, documentation, and technology used in the sales channels are effective and clear for internal staff and external partners. Ensure Adviser details are accurate and up-to-date in Chubb Life systems. Monitor Adviser education needs and find opportunities for additional training based on regulatory changes. Build and maintain good relationships with internal staff and external Advisers.
