Responsibilities: 

\r\n

     *  To inspect for exposed or condemned product

\r\n

     *  Ensure that product is in the designated area, and properly identified

\r\n

     *   Inspect for condensation and leaks

\r\n

     *  Identifies housekeeping issues

\r\n

     *  Inspection of the warehouses

\r\n

     *   Ensure that pallets are properly graded and in the designated area

\r\n

     *  Inspect cleanliness of trailers, proper loading, and ensure that grade-A pallets are being used

\r\n

     *  Assist in detecting damaged product

\r\n

     *  Verify that trailers are properly sealed

\r\n

     *  Detect and address issues that could result in a NR

\r\n

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

\r\n

     Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds

\r\n

     Ability to work in a cold environment

\r\n

     Have excellent attendance, work and safety record

\r\n

     Ability to interact with associates, all levels of management, Quality and USDA

\r\n

     Ability to work with little or no Supervision

\r\n

     Knowledge of Workplace Safety Rules and Food Safety Rules

\r\n

     Computer Skills

\r\n

Education & Experience:

\r\n

     Knowledgeable of HACCP, SSOP, and SOP documents as well as other Distribution work-place documents

\r\n

     Knowledge of Distribution Job Functions
