How You Will Lead And Contribute

Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventoryPull FINI material requirements into the region of sales based on local/regional demand plans and sales history.Be accountable for master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses.Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery (imported products only) based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.Manage Inventory levels and Health – be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoringManage supply issues during times of short supplyAnalyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the marketing/product manager, sales reps and Demand planner to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.
 

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.3 - 4 years of experiences in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production planning role.Strong English and Local Language communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multi-functional- and cultural team environment.Advanced Excel experiences.Experiences working with SAP APO, MRP training on functional areas of expertiseAPICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) trainingSix Sigma certification will be advantageous.
