Define the new business growth plan with distributors and product divisions and executeManage quarterly target of new Design WinsManage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory2. Sales activities to manufacturers, Green energy applications, and Car electronics customers with distributors to grow business in small/mid size customers resales via distributors. To know distributors Sales/FAE activities and how to improve in case problem is there.
Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors and making winning strategy and execute.
Major Semiconductor productsIsolation product: Gate Driver, Current/Voltage sense, communication coupler
Motion encoder etc.
Major customers: Servo Motor Controller, Inverter, Car Electronics manufacturers etc.3.Relationship management
Although this is distributor business, need the negotiation directly with customers for key
projects, managing projects and building relationships.
