Anios, an Ecolab Company, anticipates a future need for a National Sales Manager to join our Healthcare leading sales team.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible of a profitable business (22 M€) for revenue and profit growth of portfolio and services in targeted accounts in the Healthcare Professionals division.
You will build business plans and expand relationships with 400 existing customers through the optimization of our current offering.
With strong entrepreneurial skills and solid experience in managing network of dealers, you will understand business needs and develop new relationships outside existing customer base and business segments.
You will participate to strategic & tactical planning by leveraging, allocating, and maximizing ROI for all tools and resources.
You will demonstrate your leadership and manage your team providing coaching and development to 2 Corporate Account Managers, 5 Territory Managers and 2 Inside Sales Representatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Management
5+ years leading & developing teams / 5+ years of successful sales experience
Familiar with P&L management and business reviews.
Ability to travel several days a week to support the sales team.
Driver's License
French speaker + very good English
