Location Address: 2500 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift (United States of America) The Distribution Sales Support function is responsible for various tasks to support the distribution sales team and optimize distributor relationships. Responsibilities: + Assist distribution sales team by providing essential support for effective sales operations. + Prepare customer quotes, leveraging knowledge of market economics to ensure profitability and drive decision-making to win business. + Contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships and aid with business retention efforts as needed. + Assist with RFI and RFQ completion from distributors. + Coordinate sample requests and manage drawing requests as needed. + Utilize various systems such as the Quote System/CRM to optimize account management. Requirements: + 1-3 years in a similar position + Experience in direct sales or a customer service role with demonstrated track record of success for building relationships (rigid plastics a plus) + Ability to identify and communicate value proposition and create customer alignment + Ability to work effectively across various business functions and disciplines + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PP) + Strong/flexible communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leadership + Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment + Must be able to use independent judgement and think critically Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in business or related field + Existing relationships with key packaging/container distributors are a plus (includes NACD) + Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus + Understanding of the packaging distribution supply channel Altium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!
