You’ll get to: + Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas, including efficient use of warehouse management systems, equipment, and inventory processing. + Optimize warehouse layout and product placement for maximum efficiency. + Evaluate and improve processes, work methods, and staffing to ensure timely and accurate product movement. + Meet financial, operational, and service objectives to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction. + Lead and support team members in problem-solving and planning. + Promote a safety culture by adhering to safety policies and monitoring safety and operational metrics regularly. + Foster an employee-centered work environment that values care and concern for all associates **The Person** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: + 10+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution center, with expertise in distribution strategies, technologies, and operations. Proven track record in high-volume order picking, wave planning, slotting strategies, freight optimization, and export shipping. + Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain. + Experience with Automated Distribution Centers + Experience with Red Prairie Discrete WMS or similar warehouse management systems. + **Preferred** Experience with Quality Management and ISO 9001 standards + Demonstrated history of effective leadership in Distribution/Logistics Operations and Transportation Management.
